Phone, Video, or In-Person Therapy
We can work together at my office or conduct sessions by phone or video. This ensures we can continue our work if you are traveling or stuck at the office. I am flexible with scheduling and make myself available in between sessions for check-ins or more in-depth work as needed. My goal is to provide my clients with the highest level of care and to work deeply with each person.
Intensive Therapy Services
For life crises such as going through a divorce or other major transition, I provide longer sessions to ensure you get the support you need. This could involve an initial intake of 2 hours, or multiple sessions set up over the course of the week. This time extension allows me to provide you with coping skills you could use immediately to help you move forward when you are struggling.
